ELYRIA, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Invacare (NYSE: IVC) (“Invacare” or the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the redemption of its outstanding 9¾% Senior Notes due 2015 (CUSIP No. 461203AB7) (the “Senior Notes”). In total, the Company redeemed $146,000,000 worth of the Senior Notes in the Fourth Quarter of 2010.
On December 31, 2010, the Company purchased the remaining $3,055,000 principal amount of Senior Notes, for an aggregate amount of $3,237,719.55, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Senior Notes up to, but not including, the redemption date. The redemption is being made pursuant to the terms of the Senior Notes with a portion of the proceeds from the senior secured credit facility recently entered into by Invacare.
